From the point of view of the new deman ds of post this knowledge economy era graduate students,this paper deals mainly with how to guaran tee the quality of graduate students through strict regulations.The questions mentioned in the paper come directly from our working experience,therefore we hope the discussion and analysis here might be insightful and fruitfu l for the quality improvement of the t raining of post graduate students in our u-niversity.
