摘要
研究锯缘青蟹精子碱性蛋白分布与受精细胞学。氨银染色表明 ,精子核无碱性蛋白 ;顶体具有碱性蛋白 ,主要分布于顶体囊的内、外层 ,片层结构处很少 ,顶体囊的内层碱性蛋白的密度比外层大 ,银染颗粒直径也较大 ,中央管无碱性蛋白。锯缘青蟹精卵同时排出 ,精子通过顶体反应和卵子的作用入卵 ,探讨了精子碱性蛋白溶解卵膜的可能作用。
The sperm basic proteins and cytology of fertilization in S. serrata were studied in this paper. The ammonical silver reaction shows that the sperm nucleus had no basic protein, but there was basic protein in the acrosome. The basic protein distributed in the inner layer, the out layer and the lamellar structure of the acrosomal vesicle.
