汞在中华绒螯蟹主要组织器官中的积累

THE ACCUMULATION OF Hg^(2+) IN MAJOR TISSUES AND ORGANS OF ERIOCHEIR SIENSISES

为了探明Hg2 +在中华绒螯蟹 (Eriocheirsiensises) (河蟹 )体内的分布情况 ,本实验于 2 0 0 0年 9～ 12月以体内注射方式对河蟹给Hg2 +,三个剂量组浓度依次为 0 13 μg/ g、 0 2 1μg/ g和 0 3 4 μg/ g。一周后解剖河蟹 ,取肌肉、卵巢、肝胰腺、鳃、心和触角腺等组织器官 ,测Hg2 +在其中的累积程度。结果表明 :Hg2 +在上述组织及器官中的积累具有选择性 ,其中鳃对Hg2 +的积累最高 ,达 2 61μg/ g ;其次是肝胰腺、触角腺、心脏 ,但肌肉和卵巢对Hg2 +无积累。另外 ,各组织器官积累量随注射Hg2 +浓度的增加而增大。

In this paper,Hg 2+ was injected into the Eriocheir siensises.After a week,the content of Hg 2+ in the major tissues and organs including muscle,ovary,hapatopancreen,gill,heart and antenna gland were determined The result showed that Hg 2+ was accumulated strongly in Eriocheir siensises gill.The accumulation of Hg 2+ in hepatopancreen and antenna gland were less than that in the gill,and the more the injected Hg 2+,the more the accumulation of Hg 2+ was.However,Hg 2+ was not found to be...
