摘要
通过用维生素E处理鲤鱼 ,并对鲤鱼体内的抗氧化酶如超氧化物歧化酶SOD、过氧化氢酶CAT ,氧化代谢产物丙二醛MDA ,以及白细胞的吞噬能力进行测定 ,通过机体抗氧化系统和免疫系统评价维生素E对鲤鱼健康的影响。结果表明 ,维生素E不仅本身具有抗氧化能力 ,还可诱导机体显著增加SOD酶产生的能力 ,实验组较对照组肝脏SOD酶含量极显著增加 (P <0 0 0 1) ,脾脏SOD酶含量显著增加 (P <0 0 5 )。并显著降低氧化代谢产物MDA的量 ,肝脏极显著降低 (P <0 0 1)脾脏显著降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ;维生素E还可增加白细胞的吞噬能力使白细胞吞噬指数显著增高 (P <0 0 0 1)。
This paper dealt with the effect of vitamin E on Common carp(Cyprinus carpio)health.Some antioxidant enzymes such as SOD,CAT,and immunology factors such as phagocytosis activity were used as health factors to evaluate carp health.It shows that the level of SOD treated by vitamin E increases significantly in liver(P<0.001)and in spleen(P<0.05),and the MDA decreases significantly in liver(P<0.01)and in spleen(P<0.05).Also,phagocytosis activity of neutrophils increases significantly,but the level of CAT has no...
