摘要
颈椎病是中老年人的常见病 ,颈椎牵引是治疗颈椎病的有效措施之一 .在牵引中因颈椎受力方位不同 ,其治疗效果亦不同 .作者对 1 2例颈椎病患者取坐位牵引 ,改变牵引力方位 ,使牵引力前倾 8°～ 1 0°的倾角 ,与 1 2例竖直牵引比较 ,其治疗效果优于竖直牵引 .
The cervical vertebra disease is a common disease of the middle-aged and the aged.The traction on cervical vertebrae is a effective step to treat cervical vertebra disease.The direction of the force to act on cervical vertebrae is the difference,the therapeutic effect is the difference,too.The direction of pulling force is changed by writers to 12 cases,direction of pulling force is inclined 8°～10°to ahead.Treatment effect is better than the effect of the vertical traction for 12 cases.
