CONTROLLING ROSSLER CHAOTIC SYSTEM USING EVOLUTIONARY RBF NEURAL NETWORK

摘要 本文提出一种基于改进进化规划 (IEP)的 RBF神经网络控制 Rossler混沌系统的新方法 .IEP采用两层编码的染色体结构 ,上层结构基因串是二进制编码 ,可进行交叉和变异的遗传操作 ,下层参数基因串是实数编码 ,只进行 EP的变异操作 ;此外 ,使用联赛选择法和遗忘策略 ,该学习算法能同时获得 RBF神经网络的拓扑结构和参数 .把 Rossler混沌系统控制到所需周期轨道上去的实验结果 。 In this paper a new method of controlling Rossler Chaos with RBF neural network based on improved evolutionary programming (IEP) is presented. IEP makes an improvement on description of gens of chromsome using two layer encoding. The upper configuration gens in binary coded can use genetic operators of crossover and mutation, the lower parameter gens in real coded can only use EP mutation operator.
