摘要
分析了云南山茶黄化叶片的色素成分 ,发现黄化叶片不仅叶绿素含量比正常叶片低 ,叶黄素、胡萝卜素含量也比正常叶片低 .定性地观察了叶片黄化对山茶植株的生长 ,花蕾个数、花朵大小等的影响 .初步探讨了叶片黄化成因 ,并试验了某些控制叶片黄化的方法 .而且以前文献中未报道过有关云南山茶叶片黄化的研究 .
The pigment of etiolated leaf of Camellia reticulata was analysed,and found that not only the chlorophyll but also xanthophyll and carotene content of etiolated leaf are lower than that of the normal leaf.Effect of etiolation on the growth of plant,bud number and the size of flower was observed.Through a preliminary test.Discuss the cause of etiolation and test some ways to control the etiolation.
