滇牡丹花粉贮存方法的探索

A Study on Preserving the Pollen of Paeonia Delavayi

以采自云南狮子山牡丹园的成熟花粉为材料 ,研究了贮存温度和湿度对花粉活力的影响 .发现低温有利于花粉活力的保持 ;贮存前不经干燥处理 ,花粉极易丧失活力 .冷冻 ( - 18℃ )贮存室温自然干燥的花粉是解决牡丹杂交育种花期不遇简便易行之方法 .

The effect of preservation temperature and humidity on the pollen vigor of Paeonia delavayi Franch was investigated on the mature pollen collected from flowers in Shizishan Mudan Garden,Wuding county Yunnan.It results in follows:(1) Low temperature is beneficial to maintaining Pollen vigor;(2) If the pollen is not dried at normal temperature before preservation,its vigor must be lost rapidly.(3) Drying the pollen of P.delavayi and then preserving them at low temperature(-18℃) is an easy and effective method...
