摘要
提出了一种基于复小波变换诊断齿轮故障的新方法 .利用Mexican-hat调制复小波基函数对齿轮振动信号进行连续小波变换 ,再作相位的频谱分析 ,可以突出边频带结构 .仿真信号的分析结果表明该方法可有效地用于齿轮故障诊断 ,与传统的自功率谱方法相比 。
A complex wavelet transform based method for fault diagnosis in gears is presented.The complex modulated Mexican hat mother wavelet is used in continuous wavelet transform of vibration signals of gears.By making spectrum analysis of the phase of this transform,the sideband structure can be protruded.Simulation results show that the proposed method is effective in defect detection of gears,and has better robustness to noise in comparison with conventional power spectrum.
