The supervisior is one of the main bodies in the construct market,playing an important part in the quality control,the progress control and the investment control,in order to create a good engineering and to obtain economic benefit.Through the analysis of investment control on the main three steps signing a contract,constructing,completing of a project,the important role of investment control and supervising throughout the process of a project is discussed.
