摘要
本文回顾山西水利科技在“九五”期间获得的科研成果和存在的问题 ,提出了“十五”
In this paper,the present situation of and the main achievement of the water-conservancy science and technology in the whole province are introduced,the existing problems are summarized as the weak consciousness,the backward management system,the seriously low input and the poor scientific and technical personnel.Four proposals on developing vigorously the water-conservancy science and technology of Shanxi Province and the corresponding measures are given finally.
