摘要
通过对SiCp与Al液搅融混合过程进行热力学分析,说明SiCp进入Al液过程是一个自由能增加的过程。进行动 力学分析得出了一个SiCp在Al液组合涡中的运动方程。结果表明:SiCp与Al液的浸渍润湿过程需要外加能量才能实现, 并且提高搅拌速度有利于SiCp与Al液的快速复合。
In the paper thermodynamic analysis was performed about procedure during mixing SiCp with liquid Al. That showed it was a process that freedom energy was increasing. Kinetics analysis was carried out and a motion formula of a particle in rotating liquid Al was obtained. The results showed that the soaking procedure about mixing SiCp with liquid Al can come true if the external energy was given; and raising stirring velocity will be improved quickly complex os the procedure.
