摘要
采用电磁机械复合搅拌法制备了铝-7石墨的半固态浆料,研究了常规铸造条件下浆料的固相率对铸锭中石墨颗 粒分布的影响,得到了合理的铝-7石墨复合材料半固态加工工艺条件。
Al-7graphite mushy was prepared by electromagnetic-mechanical stirring method, the influence of solid fraction on distributing of graphite particles in ingot on the condition of conventional casting was studied, and the reasonable semi-solid processing technological condition of Al-7graphite composite was got.
