摘要
1994年到2001年,大亚湾核电站已经历了两台机组共十四次换料大修,在初期引进了法国核电站大修的整套技术和管理,在学习、消化的基础上,不断在大修的组织管理、项目计划、运行管理、维修管理、技术改进、接口管理、安全与质量、辐射防护等方面实施系列改进和优化;形成了一套具有大亚湾特点的有效的大修管理体系。历次大修的统计数据表明,大亚湾核电站的各项大修安全质量指标不断提高,大修工期不断缩减。为电站生产运行业绩的提高做出了很大的贡献,创造了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。
