大亚湾核电站大修改进和业绩提升

１９９４年到２００１年，大亚湾核电站已经历了两台机组共十四次换料大修，在初期引进了法国核电站大修的整套技术和管理，在学习、消化的基础上，不断在大修的组织管理、项目计划、运行管理、维修管理、技术改进、接口管理、安全与质量、辐射防护等方面实施系列改进和优化；形成了一套具有大亚湾特点的有效的大修管理体系。历次大修的统计数据表明，大亚湾核电站的各项大修安全质量指标不断提高，大修工期不断缩减。为电站生产运行业绩的提高做出了很大的贡献，创造了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

Since the commercial operation in l994, Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station has experienced to- tal 14 refueling outages on two units, and an efficient outage management system with Daya Bay char- acteristics has come into being based on the whole set of technique and management methed adopted from French NPPs.
