摘要
介绍大亚湾核电站现有的安全文化量化指标．以及指标在推进电站安全文化建设的实践过程的具体运用。通过与国际原子能机构权威文献的比对，甄别其中的不同之处，并就进一步优化现行量化指标提出设想。
The current safety culture indicators of Daya Bay NPP as well as the practice for plant safety culture enhancement in use of the indicators are presented. The comparison between the plant current safety culture indicators and the guiding indicators of IAEA identifies the difference. The tentative optimization for the plant safety culture indicators is addressed.
