赖草属牧草幼苗耐旱性生理基础的研究

Studies on the Drought Hardiness in Seedling of Leymus Hochst

本文采用间断干旱胁迫法对国内外赖草属牧草 1 0份材料的幼苗进行耐旱性测定 ,结果表明 :赖草属牧草间存在耐旱力的显著差异 ,其中我国特有并广范分布的羊草、赖草、毛穗赖草和阿尔泰赖草抗旱能力较强。而国外引进的巨型赖草抗旱能力最差。其余均中等。试验还表明 :幼苗存活率、苗高、根冠比、叶绿素含量和过氧化物酶活性可以做为一组评价禾本科牧草抗旱性的生理指标。其中 ,幼苗存活率。

The drought hardiness of 10 species of leymus were tested. The results showed that the drought hardiness appeared obviously different among the species.The drought hardiness abilities of L.chinensis.L.dasytachys. and L.paboanus which were from China were higher than others,and that of L.anguslus and L.cinereus were lower,although the species of leymus have higher drought hardiness in grasses.
