进一步加强词汇教学——论词汇教学的重要性

Further strengthening vocabulary teaching — on the importance of vocabulary teaching

词汇学习是语言学习中的一个重要环节。本文认为其重要性大于语法学习 ,尤其在学习的中高级阶段。然而 ,词汇学习 ,在某种程度上来讲并未得到应有的重视 ,其教学依然分布在外语教学的各环节中。为此 ,本文在探讨了加强词汇教学的原因后提出应单独开设一门词汇教学课 ,认为词汇教学应该放在更大的语境中加以考虑 ,注意语言的板块性 ,词汇与语法的不可分离性。本文最后对词汇教学课的内容提出了若干建议。

Vocabulary learning is an important component in language learning.We think it is more important than grammar learning,especially for intermediate and advanced foreign language learners.However, the importance of vocabulary learning has not yet been fully recognized to some degree. This paper, based on an analysis of the importance of vocabulary in language learning, aims to point out the necessity of adding a course called “vocabulary teaching” to the syllabus and to discuss the content of such a course.
