摘要
针对小学生的年龄特征,结合现代教育理论,提出优化班集体管理的情境有利于提高小学生的道德修养和整体素质。
This essay, based on pupils' age and combing with modern edueational theory, puts forward the view that optimizing the management situation of a class contributes to enhancing pupils' moral accomplishment and overal quality.
