摘要
在水溶液中用焙烧过的煤系高岭土进行了 4 A沸石的合成试验 .选择以 Na OH浓度为1 .8～ 2 .2 mol/ l,温度为 90℃ ,反应时间为 4～ 6 h的合成条件 ,可获得钙交换能力为 30 0 mg-Ca CO3 / g(干基 )的 4 A沸石 ,产品结构经扫描电子显微镜和 X射线衍射等确证 .
An experimental synthesis of 4A zeolite is carried out by use of the coal series kaolin roasted in the aqueous solution.The synthesis conditions are selected as follows:concentration of NaOH-1.8~2.2 mol/l,temperature-90 ℃,and the reaction time length-4~6 hours.4A zeolite with a calcium ion exchange capacity of 300 mg CaCO 3/g (dry basis) is obtained.The structure is characterized by means of the scanning electron microscope and X ray diffraction.
