摘要
采用柠檬酸络合法制备了一系列 Ce-Zr-O固溶体 ,并进行了 X射线衍射、透射电镜、程序升温还原、储氧量和比表面积的测定 .结果表明 :焙烧温度、铈锆比例对固溶体的性质有较大影响 .X射线衍射显示固溶体焙烧温度不同可引起体相结构不同 ;透射电镜显示固溶体颗粒很细小 ,但存在严重的团聚现象 ;程序升温还原显示铈锆的比例不同 ,焙烧温度不同 ,固溶体的还原特性不同 ,比表面积和储氧量结果显示了铈锆比例不同 ,固溶体的这两个性质均不同 ;随着焙烧温度的升高 ,固溶体的比表面积、储氧量均降低 .
Series of Ce Zr O oxides have been prepared by the citrate method.Methods such as XRD,TEM,TPR,S BET and oxygen titration are used to characterize the products.Results show that the properties of Ce Zr O are affected quite significantly by the calcination temperature during preparation and the ratio of Ce:Zr in Ce Zr O.The XRD results indicate that the bulk structure can be changed when the calcination temperature varies,and the TEM results show that the Ce Zr O thus prepared are composed of ver...
