摘要
目的 :研究正品肉苁蓉及其习用品盐生肉苁蓉和管花肉苁蓉中的苯乙醇苷类化合物的种类和含量。方法 :采用LC/ESI MS/MS方法对正品肉苁蓉及其习用品盐生肉苁蓉和管花肉苁蓉中的 7种苯乙醇苷类化合物进行定性分析及相对含量测定。结果 :正品肉苁蓉中鉴别出 7种苯乙醇苷类化合物 ;而盐生肉苁蓉中只含 6种 ;管花肉苁蓉中只含 5种 ,而且 3种肉苁蓉中苯乙醇苷含量也有差别。结论 :3种肉苁蓉中苯乙醇苷类化合物的种类和含量是区别各种肉苁蓉的特征成分之一。
AIM To analyze the phenylethanoid glycosides in Cis tanche deserticola Y.D.Ma and its alternatives.
