摘要
目的 :优选大孔吸附树脂提取分离制川乌、制草乌水煎液中乌头类总生物碱的工艺条件。方法 :应用正交设计安排试验因素 ,以酸性染料比色法测定总生物碱含量 ,比较并筛选不同工艺条件对乌头类总生物碱的提取分离效果。结果 :不同浓度的乙醇对乌头类总生物碱的洗脱的效果有显著影响。应用本法乌头类总生物碱的提取率为 85 % ,水溶性固体杂质的去除率为 82 %。结论 :本法的工艺条件可用于含川草乌的中药制剂的制备。
Objective: To select optimum condition of extracting and sapara ting total alkaloidal from boiled water of prepared monshood and prepared kusnez off monkshood by the method of macropore resin.
