脂复康胶囊对家兔实验性高脂血症及动脉粥样硬化的影响

Effect of Zhifukang Capsule on Experimental Hyperlipoidemia and Atherosclerosis in Rabbits

探讨脂复康胶囊灌胃给药 8W对饲高脂饲料家兔高脂血症的影响及防治动脉粥样硬化作用。于给药 4W、8W末测血脂 ,于 8周末取主动脉、心脏测量动脉粥样硬化程度。结果脂复康治疗 4W可显著降低血脂 ,治疗 8W减轻动脉粥样硬化病变程度。

In order to explore the pharmacological effects on Zhif ukang Capsulae on hyperlipoidemia and protective effects of atherosclerosis,the rabbits were orally administrated for 8 weeks.At the end of 4 and 8 weeks,serum lipoidemia was analyzed.At the end of 8 weeks,degree of the atherosclerosis in t he arterial and heart walls was measured.The results showed that Zhifukang Capsu les could lower the lipoidemia contents in serum and released atherosclerosis in arterial wall.
