摘要
结合 90年代东南亚经济危机的教训 ,就中国入世、中国入世对日本不动产及相关产业的影响、中国不动产和金融业如何吸取日本入世的经验教训以及在世界经济一体化下中国不动产金融业应如何应对等问题作了阐述 ,提出关键要“持续性开发”与“构筑价格基准”
Taking into account the economic crisis of Southeast Asia in 1990s, this paper discusses issues such as China's entrance to WTO, its influence on Japan's realty and relevant estate, how China's realty finance can learn experiences from Japan, and, for China, how to deal with realty finance under the condition of the world economic integration. The paper finally indicates that sustained development and building a price basis are two critical points.
