摘要
提出了一个以模糊数学为工具的组织学习效果评价模型 ,并对其指标体系的设计、数学建模进行了详细的探讨 。
With fuzzy theory as a tool, the author has designed an evaluation model of organizational learning, and discussed in detail the design of the index system and the mathematical modeling. Some problems that should be taken into consideration in evaluation are pointed out.
