Design of Evaluation Model for the Paradigm Shift of IT

通过对信息与应用层次模型的分析 ,论述了信息技术范式的种类和对知识经济所起的作用 ,以及信息技术范式的转变对组织信息应用深度和组织形态进化的影响 ,从而提出了信息技术范式的评价模型 。

Through analysis of information and its application layer model, issues such as types, functions of technology economics, influences on the evoluation of organizational shapes and depth of information utilization of the paradigm shift of IT are discussed. In order to find the path for the paradigm shift of IT, the evaluation model is also given.
