摘要
有关运动后淋巴细胞对丝裂原的增殖反应性变化 ,在运动与免疫研究领域有许多矛盾的报道 ,通过研究不同运动及年龄因素对淋巴细胞增殖反应的变化 ,结果表明 :力竭游泳使淋巴细胞对 L PS的增殖反应减低 ,因此可能会损害与 B细胞相联系的免疫功能。力竭游泳似乎对 T细胞的转化活性影响尚不确定 ,与运动量有关 ,亦与实验对象的年龄有关 ;不同运动量的运动对 T细胞转化的影响不同 ,似乎运动对 T细胞转化的影响缺乏渐变性。脾细胞比肠淋巴结细胞对 Con A诱导的增殖反应强烈 ,但二者的变化趋势相同 (r =0 .75 ,P <0 .0 1)
In the field of research on sport and immunity, there are a lot of contradictory reports of effects of lymphocyte proliferation on mitogen reaction. The effects of different exercises and age factors on lymphocyte proliferation were studied. The results indicated that exhaustive swimming decreased the effects of lymphocyte proliferation on LPS, which, therefore, would be able to hurt the immune function related to β cells. Effects of exhaustive swimming appeared to be unsure in influencing on proliferation activities of T cells, but they were related with the training load and the age of the object. Training of different workload affected T cell proliferation differently. It appeared that the influence of exercise on the proliferation of T cells did not change gradually. The reaction of ConA induced proliferation on spleen cells was stronger than that of lymphoglandulae mesentericae cells, but both of them trended to change similarly (r=0.75, P<0.01).
