摘要
从生物力学角度揭示杨式大架太极拳的技术特征 ,从关节角度定义杨式太极拳大架概念 ,对杨式大架太极拳身型技术要求 ,下肢步型的膝角等关节角度进行研究分析 ,发现下肢的关节角度具有良好的发力、稳定特性 ,揭示出太极拳的诸多特点 ,并且认为 ,决定太极拳动作间架的第一成因是它的技击性 ,充分说明太极拳动作的技击特点。
The technical characteristics of Yang style Taijiquan were revealed from the angle of biomechanics. The concept of Yang style was defined from the joint angles. The requirement of body technique in Yang style Taijiquan and the angle of the knee joints were studied and analyzed. It was found that the joints of the lower limbs are the bases for stabilization and exerting strength. It was suggested that the first factor to create the Taijiquan movements is the attack. And the attack characteristics of Taijiquan movements were fully explained as well.
