摘要
对我校文理科二年级 15 3名大学生分别进行 Pwc1 70 台阶实验、15 min跑、12 min的测试 ,采用间接推算方法 ,分别计算 VO2 max,结果表明 :1)采用 Pwc1 70 台阶实验和 15 m in跑测试方法间接推算 VO2 max值较能反映大学生有氧能力 ;2 )文科学生有氧能力高于理科学生 ;3)间接推算 VO2 max值采用卡尔普曼推算公式比阿斯特朗和贝尔斯特姆推算公式更为合理。
Pwc 170 step test, 15 min run and 12 min run were carried through in 153 students of Grade two in arts and science departments in Shangrao Teachers College. O 2max was calculated respectively by applying indirect calculation. The results showed: (1) The indirect calculation of O 2max value by applying Pwc 170 step test and 15 min run reflected the students' aerobic performance more accurately; (2)The aerobic performance of students in arts department is better than that of students in science department. (3) The O 2max value calculated indirectly by Karepuman formula is more reasonable.
