Tracing Observation at Different Stages of Children's and Teenagers' ■O_(2max) Calculated by Step Test

摘要 根据台阶试验分段追踪观察 ,推算了 7~ 17岁男、女学生的 VO2 max近似值 ,呈现了儿少有氧耐力发展的年龄、性别特征 ,反映了儿少心肺机能的纵向发展状况 ,提供了群体间接测量 VO2 max的参考资料。 O 2max approximations of male and female students at the age of 7~17 were calculated according to the tracing observation by step tests at different stages. The characteristics of age and sex for children and teenagers to develop aerobic endurance were presented. The longitudinal development status of the children's and teenagers' cardio respiratory function was reflected. Reference materials for the indirect measurement of O 2max in colonies were put forward.
