摘要 消脂素 (L eptin,L P)在体重调节方面的作用是肯定的 ,而不同运动对其影响不同。随着分子生物学技术的发展 ,有关 L P的生物学特性已获得大量资料 ,且证实血 L P调节代谢同多种因素相关 ,运动作为刺激手段通过不同途径影响 L P。 It is sure that leptin is effective on body weight modulation. Different exercises affect leptin in different ways. With the development of molecular biological technology, the biological characteristics of leptin have been reported. It was approved that the blood leptin accommodation metabolism relates to many factors. As measures of stimulation exercise influences LP in many ways.
