摘要
总结了肌肉工作稳定性的表象训练的实验结果。结果表明实验室工作与实践应用有高度的一致性 ,实验包括了肌肉静力性工作和动力性工作稳定性实验 ,并在此基础上 ,以体校射击运动员为对象进行了实践验证。都说明了表象训练可有效提高肌肉工作的稳定性。这对提高射击成绩、投篮命中率 ,跳远助跑步点把握等均有一定的现实意义。结果还提示 ,缺少心理训练基础的运动员 ,至少要持续 3周以上的表象训练才能获得较理想的效果。
The experimental results of effects of imagery training on functioning stability of muscles were summed up. It was shown that the results in the experiments were highly consistent with those in the practical application. The experiments included those on static and dynamic functioning stability of muscles. On this basis, the experiments were again conducted to verify their validation in shooters of the training school. All those indicated that imagery training effectively increased the functioning stability of muscles. Therefore, it is of practical significance in improving the results of shooting, the shooting average in basketball and the assurance of the striding marks in the approach run of long jump. It was also suggested that only by having imagery training continuously for at least 3 weeks can the athletes without proper psychological training achieve better results.
