营养不足与运动性月经周期紊乱及Leptin调节 被引量:4

Relationship between Undernutrition and Exercise-induced Menstrual Cycle Disorder, and Leptin Regulation

摘要 大量报道发现运动训练可引发女运动员出现月经周期紊乱 ,其发生主要涉及体成份和训练安排等多方面因素。通过对运动员的营养调查发现 ,营养不足作为其中一个因素 ,在运动性经周期紊乱的形成中具有重要作用。而且ob基因产物Leptin ,作为内部调节物质 ,可随体内营养状况不同 ,而通过调节HPO轴来改变月经周期。 In a large number of reports it was found that exercises induce menstrual cycle disorder in sportswomen, which relates to many factors, such as body composition and the arrangement of training. Through nutrition investigation it was found that nutrition deficiency plays an important role in forming the exercise-induced menstrual cycle disorder. As a kind of regulator, Leptin, the ob gene outcome could change the menstrual cycle by regulating the HPO axis with the change of nutrition condition in the body.
