摘要
健身锻炼是老年人提高生命质量的有效途径和方法。从老年人生理特点出发 ,用科学的方法去指导老年人的健身锻炼 ,是本文要探讨问题。
To take part in body-building exercises is the method and way to improve the life quality of the old aged. Starting from the physiological characteristics of the old people, it is needed to discuss how to advice them to do body-building exercises scientifically. Based on the analysis and discussion of the athletic events suitable and unsuitable for the old people, the issues that the old aged should pay attention to when taking part in athletic training were put forward. And instructions and suggestions for the old people's body-building were advanced as well.
