试论取消高考年龄和婚否限制对大学体育教学改革的影响

Discussion on Influences of Cancellation of Age and Marital Status Restriction in Candidates for Collegial Entrance Examinations on Physical Education Teaching Reform

教育部于 2 0 0 1年 4月宣布取消高考年龄和婚否限制 ,这给我国大学体育教学改革提出了新的课题 ,大学生不同年龄 ,特别是大年龄差的体育课教学、考核以及妊娠学生体育教学 ,原有的《国家体育锻炼标准》(以下简称《达标》)和《大学生体育合格标准》(以下简称《合标》)的修改与否和实施可行性等等新问题亟待解决。本文旨在研究我国高考新政策对大学体育教学的影响 ,指出与之不相适应之处和改革方向、措施 ,这将对我国大学体育教学改革 ,并使之更符合社会发展需要具有积极地现实意义。

In April, 2001 China Ministry of Education announced the cancellation of the restriction of age and marital status in collegial entrance examinations, which has set a new task to the collegial physical education reform in China. That students of different age, especially those with a large difference of age, study in the same PE class, how to check on them and how to teach a pregnant student in a physical education class, whether the former national standards for physical training and the standards for students to be up to should be modified or not, and whether those standards are feasible etc., all those are the new problems needed to solve. The purpose of this study is to discuss the influence of the new policy for collegial entrance examination on collegial physical education and to point out the shortcomings, the direction of reform and the measurements, so that the collegial physical education reform will be suitable to the needs of social development and will be of significance in practice.
