Social Demands and Practice Teaching Reform for Undergraduate Students in Beijing University of Physical Education

教育实习作为体育院校本科学生一项十分重要的教学活动 ,长期以来受到学校的高度重视。随着市场经济的发展 ,实习工作面临新的挑战 ,但也呈现很多的机会。本文以北京体育大学为个案 ,从办学的特点 ,教育计划的改革 ,招生和就业的信息反馈 ,以及社会的需求 ,结合北体大运动训练系实习改革实践 ,探讨本科教育实习改革之路。

As one of the most important teaching activities for undergraduate students, the practice teaching has been attached much importance in the physical education colleges and universities for a long time. With the development of the market economy, the practice teaching is confronted with the new challenges, but with many opportunities at the same time. By taking Beijing University of Physical Education as a typical case, from the angle of the characteristics of school-running, the educational program reform, the social needs, the feedback of the enrolment and employment as well as by combining with the practice teaching reform in the sports science department of Beijing University of Physical Education, the ways to reform the practice teaching in undergraduate students were discussed.
