为做好编辑部的思想建设，分析了编辑部思想工作的特点。认为思想工作要有专人抓；领导与职工、职工与职工之间沟通与对话是思想工作的基础与前提；日常工作中必须反对“小广播”、反对“小报告”。要尽量做到奖惩分明与思想工作相辅相成。出了问题领导主动承担责任，大家相互补台、相互配合，使思想工作落到实处。
