摘要
讨论了优化选题对学术期刊的重要性，阐述了优化选题对学术期刊编辑素质的要求及编辑如何利用优化选题来指导学科发展，促进学术交流，充分发挥期刊的桥梁和窗口作用。
The importance of optimal topic choosing is put forward in the paper, and the quality and requirements of the editors for optimizing the choosing in the sci-tech periodicals are discussed. How the editors optimize the choosing to direct the development of researches, promote academic exchanges and make most use of the bridge and window roe of sci-tech periodicals are also explained.
