摘要
讨论了目前高校学报普遍存在优秀稿源外流的现象，它影响了学报全面反映本校教学、科研成果这一窗口作用的发挥。阐述了吸收优秀稿件的几条途径，以促使高校学报在今后的发展中能够更充分地发挥其窗口作用。
According to the phenomenon of contributing excellent articles to the journals published by the institutions other than the universities, which affects journals' role of reflecting university teaching and scientific researching achievements, several ways are suggested to attract excellent articles for the journals run by universities.
