半导体吸收式光纤温度传感器的测试与信号处理

Measurment and Signal Procesing of Semiconductor Absorption Fiber Temperature Sensor

本文给出了我们所研制的光纤温度传感器测量的温度曲线并和理论计算的曲线进行了比较。简单叙述了所设计的恒流源、放大器、及单片机处理信号系统的原理。

In this paper temperature curve has been measured by temperature fiber sensor that is prepaned by us. The temperature curve compares with theoretical calcalation curve. Simple principle for signal system amplifier and constant current souce has been described.
