摘要
采用问卷调查的方法 ,对上海地区航空客运市场进行了研究。通过资料分析和数据处理 ,用SPSS软件汇总 ,提出了拓展航空客运市场的营销策略。
By means of questionaires a study of the air passenger market in Shanghai was conducted and on the basis of the analysis of the data with SPSS the marketing strategy was put forward to develop the market of the air passenger transportation.
