摘要
介绍了用Delphi4.0为编程语言 ,以《钢制压力容器焊接工艺评定 -中华人民共和国行业标准》(简称JB470 8)为标准设计焊接工艺数据库管理系统。本系统建立了多类数据库 ,如母材、焊接材料、预热和焊后热处理等数据库 ,通过查询、维护、打印三大模块可以查询焊接工艺评定报告、焊接工艺规程及自动生成焊接工艺规程、焊接工艺评定指导书。
The paper introduces how to design the database management system of welding procedure in accordance with the standard of JB4708 by the software of Delphi4.0. The system comes with built in material tables,built in electrode information,built in tables for pre heat and post welding heat temperature requirements and so on.The system can not only search welding procedure specifications and procedure qualification records,but also automatically establish welding procedure specifications and welding procedure directive by search,edit and print.
