关于淮南市建立和完善现代企业制度的思考

Considerations about how to establish and consummate modern enterprise system in Huainan

国有企业改革经历了 2 0年 ,取得了世人瞩目的成就。但目前国有企业困难重重 ,举步维艰。本文从淮南市的基本情况出发 ,在分析淮南市企业建立现代企业制度的实践和所面临的问题的基础上 ,提出了淮南市建立和完善现代企业制度的几点意见。

The reform of the state owned enterprises have been undertaken for more than 20 years and made remarkable achievements. But now the state owned enterprises faced more and more problems. This paper based on the facts of Huainan, analyzed the problems during established the modern enterprise system. At last, the author tabled several pieces of proposal about how to establish and consummate the modern enterprise system in Huainan.
