摘要
本文将现代项目管理理论与企业新产品开发进行了有机的结合。针对企业在新产品开发中的问题 ,提出了一些可行的解决思路。
This article aims at discussing the characteristics of project management within enterprise new product development.The author try to reveal the connection between the theories of modern project management and the practical development process as well as to provide some useful advises.
