本文旨在探讨人力资本与可持续发展的内在联系。指出人力资本是社会系统和经济系统的主体与核心 ,是社会与经济发展的动力与最终受益者。
This article aims to question the internal relationship between manpower assets and sustainable growth.The auhor indicates that manpower assets is the body and core of social system and economic system,and is the dynamic and terminal beneficiary of social and economic growth.
