摘要
本文阐述了现行社区体育管理体制的缺陷，提出了社区体育管理体制要分阶段、分层面地逐步推进，建立多系统、多层次的行政性与社区自主性相结合的新型社区体育管理体制。
This thesis expounds the shortcomings in control system of community sports, puts forward that the control system of community sports should be gradually improved in stages and levels and a new control system of community sports should be set up integrating community autonomy and administration in multi system and multi level.
