地塞米松诱导培养大鼠骨骼肌细胞损伤模型的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究了不同浓度地塞米松对培养大鼠骨骼肌细胞的作用。结果从形态学上观察到地塞米松可造成培养大鼠骨骼肌细胞的损伤或死亡;MTT法发现地塞米松可抑制细胞增殖,使细胞的存活率降低,这种作用并有剂量依赖性;SOD活性和MDA含量未发现有显著变化。说明地塞米对培养大鼠骨骼肌细胞具有损伤作用。 The purpose of the present study to investigate the effect of different concentration dexamethasone on skeletal muscle cells. The morphology of skeletal muscle cells had injury change. Cell proliferation was measured using the methylthiazeoleethano( MTT) assay. Cell proliferation was lower in the dexamethasone group than in the control group. The dose was larger and the proliferation was lower. In the culture medium SOD activities and MDA levels had no change. We considered that dexamethasone was an injury to the skeletal muscle cells.
