摘要 可溶性铅含量是影响茶叶质量的重要指标.在磷酸介质中,PbI4 2-络离子与罗丹明B生成紫红色离子缔合物,以CCl4萃取,测量吸光度,进而确定铅的含量.灵敏度和准确度很高,且避免了茶水颜色影响. Lead is an item necessary to be tested on tea hygienic standard.The total amount of lead in tea must be tested,the soluble amount of lead has more effect on tea quality.this paper studies that in phosphoric acid solvent the lead amount is determined by combining pbI 2-4 complex ion and rhodanine B into purplish red ion and testing absorptivity through CCl 4 extraction.Not only the sensitivity and the degree of accuracy are high,but also the tea color avodis being influenced.
