摘要
研究了Cu - 2 0Ni- 2 0Cr合金在 70 0℃纯氧气中的氧化行为。结果表明 :Cu - 2 0Ni- 2 0Cr合金在 70 0℃ ,2 4h的氧化动力学偏离抛物线规律 ,其瞬时抛物线速率常数随时间而降低 ,其降低的幅度要比相应的按抛物线规律变化要大。合金表面或内部均没有形成连续的Cr2 O3 保护膜而是形成了含有所有组元氧化物及它们的复合氧化物的复杂氧化膜结构。这主要归因于合金中含有三相且Cr的分布不均匀 ,它阻止了Cr由合金向合金
The oxidation behavior of Cu-20Ni-20Cr alloy was studied at 700℃ in pure oxygen. The oxidation kinetics deviates from the parabolic rate law and its instantaneous rate decreases continuously with time more rapidly than required by the parabolic rate law. Cu-20Ni-20Cr alloy is not able to form a continuous Cr 2O 3 layer on the surface of alloy or within the alloy, but produces complex scales containing mixtures of the oxides of various components as well as double oxides because the simultaneous presence of three phases prevents significant diffusion of chromium from the alloy outwards to the surface.
