航空材料环境试验数据库及专家咨询系统采用PowerBuilder 5 .0开发编制 ,含金属材料、保护层材料和非金属及复合材料等的环境试验、气象污染环境、环境腐蚀知识字典五个模块 ,收录原始数据 ,有自动计算 ,存储腐蚀照片 ,寿命预测 ,打印报表等功能 .

The system of database for environment tests of aeronautical materials and expert consult has been realized with PowerBuilder 5.0, the latests quikly development tool. The system comprises five modules of metal ,coatings, nonmetal, atmospheric environment and knowledge base . The database collects plenty of original data of environmental test. It has the function of auto-computing, storage of corrosion photo, forecasting life of metal, printing many kinds of forms. The process of exploitation on the system for environment tests of aeronautical materials and expert consult has been described in the paper.
